The Problem

Manually recolouring animated football sprites in Photoshop took hours per brand across 50+ casino clients. Each brand needed its own colour scheme applied to all 9 game animations — a repetitive, error-prone process that consumed significant production time every time a new client or brand refresh came in.

The scale of the problem made it a clear candidate for tooling. A human doing this work manually is both slow and inconsistent. The right tool would make it instant and perfect every time.

The Solution

A browser tool that draws colour masks once, then batch-recolours all 9 animations for every casino client in seconds — outputting a ready-to-deploy ZIP per brand.

Built entirely in the browser using Vanilla JS, the Canvas API for pixel-level colour manipulation, ImageDecoder API for reading animated WebP frames, and JSZip for packaging outputs. No server, no dependencies, no setup — it runs entirely client-side.

The interface lets anyone on the team:

  • Input brand colours once
  • Preview the recoloured animations in real time
  • Export a complete ZIP with all 9 animations per brand in one click
Outcome

What previously took hours of manual Photoshop work now happens in seconds. The tool runs across the full client portfolio at Game Lounge — making any new brand or brand refresh a trivial operation rather than a production bottleneck.
